ABOUT THE SPACE
Shoreline on Beaver Lake. Come enjoy the peaceful easy feeling, located on a private road lake community. It feels like you’re way out in the country, but we’re one of the few exceptions of being Really close to town and the highway to get to all the activities NWA offers! Lakefront, lake view, kayak, paddle board, canoe and fish right from the front yard. Easy gentle slope to water. Ask about pontoon boat rental availability.
THE SPACE
This is a split level home. We live on the bottom level, you will have complete and private access to the top level which is the main living quarters of the house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. You will have a private entrance and full covered deck/balcony overlooking the lake. The water is literally right out the front door! Enjoy the fire pit and complimentary S’mores! Our house is fully stocked to meet any of your needs from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lake. Very short drive into town for restaurants, grocery, shopping and entertainment. Bring your boat, wave runners, kayaks and canoes, we have plenty of parking space. If you just want to swim and float, we have plenty of lifejackets, floaties, rafts, paddle board and 2 kayaks. High-speed Wi-Fi internet and Roku TV.

- The king sized bed is located in a seperate bedroom from the twin sized beds and has a TV.
- A full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, and utensils, etc. with the added bonus of a dishwasher.
- The living room has a comfy couch with a hideaway bed and a TV with local stations.
- A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The Deck
- We have a beautiful view of the Arkansas hills from our back deck.
- Plenty of chairs and tables are provided for enjoying the scenery.
- We are a smoke free establishment with buckets provided so customers can smoke outside.
